The Stapleton, Denver real estate market has turned the corner in August
2011. There were 29 single family homes
sold in August versus 20 single-family homes sold in July 2011, and merely 14 single
family home sales in August of 2010.
According to MLS, the Stapleton real estate market has fared much better
in August 2011 than a year ago. The
average price per square foot has increased by over $10 per square foot and the
average days on market went down from a whopping 148 days on market to 55 days
