Parkwood Luxury Townhomes In Stapleton

Parkwood Homes will start building luxury townhomes in Stapleton late this year.  Lots will be available in Stapleton facing Central Park and other green spaces throughout Stapleton.  According to Parkwood's website, "We’re designing a whole new product line, featuring Parkwood’s traditional architecture on the outside and the choice of several floorplans inside–both open and more traditional, and one with a 1st floor master suite.  Most homeowners will enjoy their own park-facing porch or rooftop deck to take advantage of premium views, as well as a private backyard."

The new townhomes will feature detached garages and full basements.  Parkwood is still working on the development of the luxury townhomes, but did mention the following details about their next endeavor.

  • Timing: We hope to release these townhomes for sale sometime late this year, for delivery in the first half of 2013.
  • Location: Initially, we plan to release eight townhome lots in a prime location facing Central Park on East 33rd Avenue (near Xenia Street).  Next year, as development begins on Stapleton’s new North Neighborhoods, we will have many more townhome lots in similarly desirable locations.
  • Size: Our plans will provide a diversity of home sizes, from around 1800 sf to over 3000 sf.
  • Pricing: We anticipate that these luxury townhomes will start from the low $400s.  Firm prices will be established after final designs are approved.

Boulder Creek Building Homes in Bluff Lake

Boulder Creek Builders is going to build 15 homes in the Stapleton neighborhood in Denver.  Boulder Creek is based out of Louisville, Colorado and currently has projects in Longmont, Louisville, and Loveland.  Boulder Creek will start building their patio homes in the Bluff Lake neighborhood.  The first model home will break ground in September and open in early 2013.  According to an article by Boulder County Business Report, the homes will start in the low $400,000 range.

The Stapleton builder program director, Lisa Hall, stated that Boulder Creek will be targeting “baby boomers.”  The builder will start with the 15 homes in Bluff Lake and then build an “undisclosed number” of homes in the Northfield area of Stapleton.  "The strategy and vision behind Boulder Creek's homes are a perfect fit for this community and we look forward to a long-standing relationship as we move to North Neighborhoods," Hall said in a press release to the Boulder County Business Report.
