Homes will range in size from 2,100 – 2,550 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 car garages, and "porte cocheres and integrated courtyards." According to Standard Pacific, "the porte cocheres which lead to elegant courtyards offer a grand entrance and custom home feel." The outdoor living space is more functional and the sun filled window lines connect the indoors with the outdoors.
