Parkwood Releases Beacon Hill Townhomes Collection in Stapleton

Parkwood Beacon Hill Townhomes Collection Release This Weekend

Parkwood Homes will be releasing their much anticipated luxury townhome collection in the Central Park North neighborhood of Stapleton this weekend.  The Beacon Hill Townhomes will be available for purchase on Sunday, December 2nd at 1:00pm and pricing will be unveiled on Friday.  The Central Park North location the Beacon Hill Townhomes will be built on is a very desirable location being across from Central Park.

Parkwood released the following details about the townhomes in an email this morning.  The location for the townhomes will be in Central Park North and eventually the newest Stapleton neighborhood at Conservatory Green—adjacent to Northfield Mall.  The townhomes will vary in size from 1800sf to over 3000sf.  Each townhome will have an unfinished basement, private backyard, porch or deck, and detached garage.  A select few of the townhomes will have the option for a rooftop deck.

Parkwood spoke about the vision of the Beacon Hill Collection being, “inspired by great streets and byways in historic neighborhoods of some of America's great cities and towns.”  Parkwood will continue to offer buyers the option to sit down with an architect to customize a floor plan that suits the buyers needs.  The whisper price for the luxury townhomes is the mid $400s to the mid $500s.
