David Weekley Homes will continue to build in Stapleton's newest neighborhood - Conservatory Green. David Weekley will be offering the Cottage Collection and Paired Villas in Conservatory Green. The Cottage Collection is the single-family home collection with options for 2-4 bedrooms and range in square footage from 1530-1910 square feet. The Paired Villas will start in the low $300s and the Cottage Collection will start at $367,900. David Weekley Homes announced the grand opening of their new Salida model in Conservatory Green.
