Winter Welcome in Stapleton

This Friday, November 22nd2013, head out to the Stapleton Town Center to kick off the holidays with your friends and Denver area neighbors.  This is the night when the town turns on the lights for the holiday displays and starts spreading instant cheer all along 29th Avenue from Quebec to Roslyn.  The fun kicks off at 6pm, but you can always come early, and browse the shops of theTown Center retailers to get a jump on your holiday shopping.

All sorts of holiday happiness will be ready to greet you when you get to the Town Center.  Don’t be surprised if you see an early reindeer, and keep an eye out for dancing trees.  You can make S’mores, drink hot chocolate, and enjoy goodies from the vendors like Bone Wagon, Pikes Pop Kettle Corn, and more that will be on site to help you welcome in the days of winter.

Grab a little extra cash when you head down because almost everything that’s available for purchase will find its way to a great cause!  Girl Scout Troop #653, The Urban Farm, Bluff Lake Nature Center, and Sand Creek Greenway stand to benefit from these fun-loving festivities.  You might even win prizes with the purchase of a holiday card pack!
